Pathetic and most tiring service ever

Worst and most pathetic service ever no wonder black businesses fail and they blame the community for hiring *********** people who have no admin skills and have no basic training the likes of Busisiwe Dubazana and their claims dept had a policy with them from 2019 recently my dad passed away was told about admin fees which are crazy and when he was burried we were not told we had to pay for the grave marker and was told to pay n extra R500 and they still owe me over R2500 for the *** which is part of the package... they don't deserve our hard-earned money their reaping ppl off so ****ed was told to send proof of bank statement to date no money has been deposited onto my account now taking legal steps to get my money from them wish it could go down n never return hate everything that name stands for just glad my dad is rested in peace where-ever he is layed
