Paid package amount but with no benefits they promised

My grandmother has been paying for premium cover , she just passed on, when we went to claim , they told us we don't benefit for the package she paid for. We have all the proof of payments and documents to proof that the cover she was paying for was supposed to have benefits that they claim she can't have , please help
