I had a little problem yesterday with my premiums. I was told that I was a month behind, by an agent. After talking to multiple agents who still didn’t get it, I Spoke to Nomvula (Quality Assurance and Training Manager) who assured me that she will sort everything out and went the extra mile and got my policy sorted and up-to-date.
