Excellent customer service

We lost our granny last week Thursday and I had covered her on the pensioner's funeral cover with Vuyo funerals. From the hospital where she passed away we called Vuyo funerals to inform them about the passing. In less than an hour they came, picked up my late granny in their vehicle, accompanied us to the police station for the affidavit, from there we followed them to their offices in Orlando West for funeral arrangements. At the office we were met with such hospitality and treated with so much respect. Everything was explained to us and the date of the funeral was agreed upon. I would like to commend and appreciate this company for excellent customer service. From the drivers to the staff at the office, everyone treats the families of the deceased with so much dignity and respect. This makes the process easier and allows us to focus on other pertinent issues in the trying time. Keep up the good work.
