Death certificate

I'm highly disappointed in the treatment and service from Vuyo specifically dealing with me of the workers Lungile from Eldodado Park. We explained to her that we are dealing with our very first funeral arrangement as a family. My family has been with Vuyos for years and no claim ever submitted. She did not properly explain the procedures and even filled in the documents wrong. We have been sent up and down with documents that are not even required at the grave site. It's been 48 hours and as still waiting for the death certificate and now we unfortunately in a space where we cannot even proceed with the arrangements. And this is someone who shows no remorse no apologies and no sympathy. We have over 10 family members on this policy and now that we have lost our father we as a family really don't think Vuyo funerals is the best service
