Bad Service

Worst service ever, paying monthly premiums to a funeral parlour means one is expecting peace of mind in times of grieve but with Vuyos Funeral they don't understand that. The Mokgothu Family is unhappy with the service they received from Vuyos, the cross road branch has been giving them grieve from the time Oupa Mokgothu needed assistance with the death certificate, he was taken from pillar to post before he even got assistance to top it all off today (31-12-2020) they have been waiting for the family car from 09:00, the driver only pitched at 09:40. The service is terrible, there was no sense of emergency or whatsoever from the parlour. We did not get any joy as the Mokgothu family, for our 1st claim we not impressed to think we highly recommended them, we pay parlours for us to get dignified funerals but clearly Vuyos does not understand this. Is heartbreaking to be grieving and still have to fight tooth and nail with the parlour, is emotionally draining. Jozi fm should stop speaking highly of this people as they don't deliver the quality service we expect
