Bad experience

Bad experience ever with vuyo's funeral policy, had the policy since 2018 been paying the policy since then my dad passed away last week i was told im behind with my recent payment, was told all the stories in the world, the only good thing they did was to keep the body for us, but because of the bad service we had to take the body of my dad, not even a refund after taking the body nothing we were told we not getting anything even though we didn't get the berial and been paying for so long. We took the body and give my dad a dignified funeral that he deserves,

Would never recommend the policy to anyone im not happy at all
