Bad and unprofessional service.

The worst funeral service you can get. The policy lapsed in December 2024, we reinstated a few days later. With a monthly premium of 680 pm we are getting the worst service ever. Every damn one of them is so ****ing unprofessional from the people in their branches to their *********** call center agents. How is it that we reinstate a policy we started in 2021 a few days after it lapsed yet today in 2025 we are told all 13 of us on that plan are on the waiting list? In all my years in the insurance industry I have never heard such nonsense. Will be asking for the schedule to move to a different insurance. This will be escalated to the Ombudsman!!!
