www.vuse.com terrible customer service

Extremely poor customer service and they take your money, promise to deliver in 3 days but don’t deliver. Called their call centre after a week and was told by the agent that they will call back but that didn’t happen. Tried to call their call centre again but the call drops with a automated message saying that there are no available agents. Terribly disappointed.
