Worst service ever!!!!!

I have bought e-pods online 5 days ago. I have spoken to them since then, they keep on telling me my parcel will be delivered tomorrow but then tomorrow comes and goes and i dont receive anything. They are so quick to take your money but don't deliver!! You struggle to get hold of them and then when you finaly do they keep on telling you the same thing with no feedback as to why there is a delay. Will not recommend them to anyone every. I would rather use vape king from now on as they know what customer service is.
