Worst online shopping experience ever

This is unacceptable. No one calls me or responds to my messages. I was promised 3 days delivery since the 28th July. Ive been calling and texting and no one cares. I just get automated emails and no response. I need my order guys. Not a refund at this stage coz someone told me about a refund two days ago. How long will i have to wait for the refund if the order takes this looooong. I want my order sent to me. 8 days today..Is my money not good enough... or are you ****ming people?
