Vuse (Twisp) useless

I give 1 star rating because 0 stars is not an option, this company does not give a darn about their clients, I purchased a twisp and the tank broke, they advertise a replacement tank online but when I tried to order the part I was told out of stock in my area & that they would try & source it elsewhere, 2 months later & I'm still waiting for an answer. Disgusting non existing service
