Vuse Online shop - you will not receive your order!

I placed an order on the online shop, 19 days later I still have not received my order. I have contacted them multiple times. First I was told that my account was deactivated from their side for no reason. Then I received multiple promised dates on which I will receive the order, but I am still waiting! They ***** your money!
