Vuse not delivering within ETA

i placed and order on the vuse website on the 04th of June 2022, sent and email on thursdat the 09th june 2022 and have still not received a response to my email and my package is not delivered.

i spent more money going to the shop to buy one.

i want to change my order for vuse flavour to the same value.
