Vuse Leaking pods in sealed packaging

I bought the vuse epods from a retail store and they were leaking in the sealed packaging I contacted the agent in my area and he wasn't helpful just told me take it back to the store after all day of trying to get hold of customer service I finally did explained my situation to the lady and she said she would get back to me the next day cause she needs to speak to the regional manager tnext day came it's already 2pm I got no feedback so I called and was told that there's still no feedback that she will confirm and get back to me i somehow lost the receipt in the rush the day I bought the vuse then she calls and says that they cannot help in anyway because I don't have a receipt and I didn't buy it from their kiosk or online store now I'm here sitting with a pack of vuse that is leaking out completely in a sealed packaging R110 wasted definitely changing brands after this I cannot deal with people who are so unhelpful... Its their brand I don't understand it
