Vuse H/O staff unreliable

They Market themselves by saying The brand is trusted internationally , But if you thought you going to get word class service , you are sadly mistaken ! Very Poor service , First they said their computers are offline , then a day later their phone lines are down , Dont answer to emails , Messanger messages ignored , Definately dont honor their 3 day delivery promise -and also dont honor their buy six pay for five Shocking service from their so called Head Office - very unprofessional , Eventually they seem to act like it's out of their hands as the warehouse doesnt het back to them , Customer care doesnt seem to be in control on measures to honor delivery promise or even care !. You gotta live this - their emails end in the words " Vuse Care !"
