Vuse go south africa

I buy these vapes for my partner and everytime I purchased after like 3 days it's starts leaking I called In customer services no help ,I then forwarded an email no reply, I even contacted the store I purchased and told them I have my slip they reply was complain to vuse they just our supplier the fault is they product, but vuse does nothing to rectify it.
