Vuse Gateway Kiosk: False Advertising

Went to Vuse Gateway this afternoon to give in 10 sets of used pods. Vuse currently as an ad on their app and on the website that states you will receive R100 voucher if you bring in 10 sets of pods. To my disappointment the guy at the kiosk said that you receive R25 off your next purchase. I mentioned to him that the ad is on the website and on the app. He then contacted his manager I assume and I clearly heard him saying to the person on the phone that many people are coming through for this offer. Afterwards the guy came back to me and said and I quote " you need to build R25 each time you bring in pods and thereafter when you reach R100, you will receive a voucher". Absolute nonsense to say the least. Nowhere does it state that on the website or on the app. Vuse, very naughty of you to deceive your customers. Also, please inform your staff of special offers etc so that they know what your customers are enquiring about. Long story short, **** advertising and misleading customers.
