Vuse Faulty Pods are never refunded or compensated for.

I am a customer that values brand loyalty. I started using Vuse a year ago and I enjoy it. My issue comes in when they launched the new pods. I have been experiencing a lot of faulty pods (the pods just stops working while there's still a lot of product/liquid in) and I reported it to their outlet at Killarney Mall as well as on email. The response at the outlet was that their policy doesn't allow them to refund or give any form of compensation if the pods has been used already and there was absolutely no response on the email I sent. They emphasized the fact that I should have reported the issue while the pod was still full. That for me is a **** because I don't understand why the expectation is that I should know when I'm going to encounter a faulty pod so that I can report in advance. Today is the sixth time I'm met with this and I don't think it makes financial sense for me to continue supporting a brand that doesn't understand the concept of value for money and the importance of great customer service. I'm truly disappointed and saddened that I have to find another brand thats going to value me and my money. Saying that the company is not liable for faulty pods when you can clearly see that there's still half of the liquid inside is insane to me, and what's even worse is that they still take the pods which are half empty for an exchange for a discount the same way they take the completely empty ones.😔 Vuse needs to do better before they lose more customers.
