Vuse

Vuse has been running a promo /giveaway on their graphite devices .Upon winning you need collect at the vuse shop.I won and I went to a vuse shop a few times now nd every time I get the same answer that the employee needs to wait for permission from head office .Yesterday I was asked to leave my details with a promise to be contacted during the day which was yesterday .I'm still waiting FYI it takes time and money to go to and fro also if people can't collect their winnings why run promos/giveaways like this .This is unacceptable please sort out how many others has been shown away after winning VUSE
