Very Poor Business & Product

Buying Bulk packs to save money, but then the units leak inside of the packs!!! spoken to a consultant selling at the Centurion Mall, but they are telling me it's getting too hot in the sun, it's not even in the sun at home!!!! Why when you support someone, they always have something to say back at you, why not support the dealers buying from you and have a look at your product problems .... you are losing clients!!!

I have a POD with me that is sealed, leaks in the pack while it is sealed. it's not the Dealers problem to return the product, we are using our own Petrol money, so why support you going forward??

Please ask your Sales team to collect the POD from me and give us better product ... this needs to go all the way to top Management so that we get better feedback, and not just a sorry email!!

let's see what reply we will get, as I am at the point to tell everyone that this is a **** product.
