Very bad service

On 17th 2022, I placed an online order from Vuse. The couriers sent nonsensical emails and my products were not delivered. I complained at Vuse to which they responded on 10th September 2022 and confirmed that they will refund me. To date I have not received any refund nor my products. Very bad service.
