Useless online service

Hate shopping online with Vuse. I am getting more and more infuriated every minute I am waiting for someone to pick up the ****** phone. This is my 2nd time calling today an being on hold for 35 minutes AGAIN. Placed my order 2 weeks ago and yet still nothing, no communication AT ALL. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR MY AIRTIME WASTED ASAP. I will keep on posting negative reviews and irritate you as long as I am waiting for this to be sorted. This is pathetic service.
