Unstable Device and Pods. Inconsistent replacement requirements.

I still think it's the best vape on the market in terms of the "smoking feeling". It really replicates the feeling very well, and is small and convenient, not obnoxiously oversized.

I used to love my Vuse. Made by smokers - for smokers. But since they updated their pods, all has gone downhill. The pods constantly leak, the devices battery is unstable. Charging becomes an issue after just a few weeks of using the device. Some pods "burn out" after a few usages, and the Vuse kiosk will not replace the pods unless it's bought from a "normal retailer" as Kenilworth Centre kiosk told me. Their example was "Checkers, Spar", and in this case I had bought the pods from a small neighbourhood convenience store. If this is the case, please advertise it before hand and be consistent with your replacement requirements.

I understand that you are able to keep your device prices low, and we are thankful, but be as consistent as possible, especially with the device's battery quality and charging abilities.
