I was introduced to vuse a few months ago by a friend and was quite impressed with the product but I've come to realize that compared to other devices on the market such a s airscream, vuse are far behind. They never have enough stock of the 5% flavors and also don't offer 5% in all the flavors that are available. The straw that broke the camels back was when I took my faulty device in which has a 6 month warranty and no longer charges after less than 4 months and I was refused service. I was just about to purchase my supplies for the month and told the staff member that I would rather go and purchase an airscream device like my wife has if they refuse to exchange my faulty device and his response was well go ahead.
