Thee Worst Service at Menlyn Store today!!!

Good day. Today I was dealt the worst dish of rude and attitude by one of your Menlyn staff. Both my Vuse devices stopped working so I decided to go to Menlyn (where I purchased them) and enquire whether any of the devices are still under warranty if not, purchase a new one. I walked into the store and greeted this specific lady as she was the only one available and I explain my story to her. She asks when I bought the devices and I tell her that I’m not sure when exactly. I then further ask her to please go on the system and access my profile and check when I purchased the devices. She then continues to insist on when and I continuously tell her that I don’t know when and she further tells me that she needs a specific month. I then tell her that, that is not true as a similar thing happened to me in 2021/2022 and the other sales assistant (she wears glasses) asked for my cellphone number and was able to track when and seamlessly printed the slip, issued the device and I signed the return form. She then with a very rude attitude tells me that “well you will wait for her” and “her” was busy assisting another customer at the time. I then ask her why is she giving me an attitude and she says that it’s because I’m not telling where and when and I told her several times that I purchase all my devices at Menlyn I just can’t recall the when. She continued to say that I’m the one with the attitude and that she won’t help me, her colleague will help and she’s refusing to access my profile on the system. I then ask her for her name and she kept quiet and said that I can do whatever I want, she doesn’t care. When other customers walked in, her and myself were probably wondering what was going on as at this point, we were both raising our voices at eachother. The lady in question was not wearing uniform today, she had an up-do lace wig with Nike sneakers and nails and lashes on.

I have never, in the history of me being a Vuse customer been dealt such an attitude at the Menlyn store hence I continue to go to Menlyn to purchase them and it’s always a pleasure. I am completely taken aback by the experience today and I hope that her attitude and rudeness is not how she deals with other customers.
