Terrible Experience

I ordered and paid 30/05 they had a promo. I called as delivery took longer than3 days, its teo days later and i have just been informed that i will receive an email and then a refund which could take 7days, their call centre does not work. This whole situation was handled so so poorly and they do not communicate if u do not call they will not follow up, i am very worried i will not get my money back, dont order from Vuse its very very dissapointing
