SHOCK SERVICE @ MALL OF AFRICA

Worst Service ever from your shop at Mall of Africa. Last week I purchased a Vuse Go at East Rand Mall and was told if I spend more than a certain amount I got a box of free pods which was great Excellent Service received there!!!! Today I bought 2x Vuse Go's @ Mall of Africa and when I asked about the promotion I received last week, I was told it was 1 per profile Cuatomer, I didn't say anything the lady scanned my 2x Vuse Go and I paid once I paid I said oh but you didn't even ask for my info for you to get my profile, she then rep**** oh I was going to do that now, surely you need my info for my so called profile before you scan what I am buying ... how do you justify this, where does it say 1x per Customer per profile .... never heard such ******* in my life before ... Well I guess I won't be supporting Vuse anymore with such shocking service .... Maybe you need to teach your staff what Customer Service is at Mall of Africa......
