Poor customer service.
Poor customer service at Pavillion kiosk.
The lady is on video call while helping a customer. Very lazy to answer the lady’s query. Answer very minimal. Rude and screams at the top of her lungs that she is not obligated to sell to me.
Very disappointing. No care. The lady shouldnt be behind the counter and on sales.
