Ignores client enquiries, does not keep to the legal requirements in terms of customer refunds. The Regional Manager, Nikesh, is absolutetly unfit to be in his position and does NOT at all care about customer satisfaction.

They have refused to refund me for an item I wanted to return ****ouched and unused in its original box with the slip) and claims that because it was open, they cant refund. What bull**** is that? I have seen plenty of refunds be processed when people return their devised. I myself also returned one before, so what is different this time?

Well, if they want to refuse, and not abide by the laws set out in the CPA, I supposed I will have to turn this into an ugly fight.
