No response from customer care

I have submitted the same query 3 times (re expiry dates on their packaging) and I get the auto generated email with a reference number and a message that they will respond within 48 hours. I sent it on 21 June, 02 July & 14 July. To date I have not received an answer. So whether they actually have a person working in customer care department is a mystery.
