Horrible Service Vuse Online!!! customer service is a joke

Made a payment on Monday went through my account after emails and fb messengers no one can assist me i have send my bank statement as they requested me to for proof but just no one getting back to me. I purchased my stuff now at store because Vuse online is a joke i have mabe almost 1000 pods as I been smoking the epod starting from the cue now to the vuse but this service rather want me to switch vape brands. They just dont care about their clients. I want my money back as this is ridiculous i paid on Monday so to have by the weekend so just had to get in my car and buy from a shop. I want my money paid back to me.
