Great flavors but customer service leaves a bad taste

Love the liquids and flavors but hate the devices I had 3 devices 2 bought at retail outlets with no info on warranty etc both stopped charging within 4 months was told when I went to a store that I should only by there so I have record - why sell products through retailers with no info I then when bought 2 disposable devices that did not last 100 puffs battery went flat within 16 hours of opening on both and 8 of those I was asleep! Emailed complaint was told to send batch info etc never heard back took them to a Vuse store they said they would log complaint as they had many on the Vuse go batteries dying quickly like that and again never heard another word. For devices that are so expensive their customer service is shocking!
