Ditch Vuse

I used Twisp for many years until it became Vuse. The tobacco flavours are awful. I moved to another supplier and ordered with seamless delivery online. Decided to try Vuse again and ordered online. I have to be present with my original ID document for delivery from RAM, otherwise, according to Vuse customer care it is *****. Pull the other leg, it has bells on it. Vuse customer service is very poor. Not only is what they say nonsense, but I was number one in the queue for 21:59 minutes on their customer care line. Perhaps they were on lunch?
