Dismissing a customer

Can your sales assist ever. I went to your branch at the grove mall in Pretoria around 18:15 and found the sales assistant not there. The shop assistant working next to her ran after her to Tell her that she had a customer and she proceeds to go into pick n pay even though she knew I was standing there waiting apparently she just shrugged at the guy who came to fetch her and told him that I can wait. I don't mind waiting for a sales assistant if she's not there but to purposely ignore me and go into pick and still after you have been notified someone is waiting for you is just plain rude and bad customer service. I'm so annoyed. She lost a sale and a customer actually cz I dnt wana go back to that branch anymore.
