Disappointed Vuse customer

I have purchased many Vuse electric at your Retail stored, my last Vuse I purchased from a Spar retailer. From the beginning it did not charge NO light came on.. I tried all my chargers and the new one I got whilst purchasing this particular one y favorite color, blue turquoise. I drove from far to take my Vuse back to Canal Walk. The lady working there tested it with all devices possible 8t was faulty. Because I did not have my receipt because I have always just bought my Vuse to make a color change I do not have anymore... she said because I bought it from a Spar, it was probably expired and I must tell everone not to purchase from a Spar or any retailer only at a Vuse shop. She can not replace it for me. I was so excited to smoke my Vuse again but left the mall with my family very disappointed because I never buy something for myself.
