Cannot Help With Exchange

I have a Vuse Pro device less then 3 months old. Just had the most horrible experience with Vuse N1 City. Like i said i have a Vuse Pro not very old. And went back today because for the 3rd time my pods keeps on leaking and for some reason they cannot tell me why. With the old pods very had a problem but with this new ones dont like them at all. But had to hear today that they cannot help me with an exchange because its less than 50%. How the hell can you tell me that have no control over a leaking pod to tell it please dont leak to less tan 50% so i can get an exchange? For heavens sake please tell me how im suppose to do that if its leaking!!!! They looked at me like sorry cannot help or even willing to help me because its less than 50% was my money less than 50% when i bought the **** please tell me. Cos you telling me my money worth nothing. I want my money back and im changing brands to hell with this ****.
