WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! As a result, I have decided to listen to the MAJORITY of my friends and throw my Vuse(s) away, DO. NOT. PURCHASE. THE. NEW. PODS!!! TRUST... AND VUSE "SUPPORT" TEAM/CUSTOMER "CARE"- where do I hand in my CV? I too would love to sit and do absolutely nothing all day, it has been over a week and I am yet to receive a response. Your customer service has been the main reason why I will nolonger use Vuse... YOUR BRAND IS GOING DOWNHILL!!!!!!
