Bad products.

The new devices are terrible—the pro device automatically locks, which is irritating, the other device they brought out comes with a pod and you can’t choose the pod strength you want, the charger cable is also far too short and they’ve discontinued the nicest and most affordable devices—incredibly disappointing.
