Bad product and bad service

We bought 2 Vuse go, mango ice 1500 puffs on 2/1/2024. Within 2 days the one stopped working. Went back to the kiosk where it was bought just to be told that the battery is finished! Did not take more than 10 puffs from it! Try to contact them on their clientservice platform but they do not answer/no agents available🤨. Checked the manufacturing date and saw that it was already more than a year old - manufactured in december 2022😫 Went to kiosk again to exchange the other one that has not been opened only to be told they do not have newer dates and cannot exchange! How terrible is this😡 so we have just paid for 2 vapes and have to throw it away and feel good about it!
