Worst Fibre Service in SA (Like SA Government) Useless

*****ing peoples money thinking they wont notice a double debit in one month... Generic answers for everything. Its always being investigated and waiting since 1 October for my money back or some sort of explanation that makes sense.

My bank statement clearly shows your reference "Vumatel Claremont" for the last 12 months, now you claim that its not you. How can my internet be on for 12+ months if its not you taking my money.

I want my money or it will cost Vuma much more that 1 debit to restore their infrastructure in my area
