Worst customer service

My fubre has been down for 2 days now. Each time I check on outages my area is not listed. When calling their contact centre, they tell me to contact my service provider to log a ticket, which I did 2 days ago when the problem initially started! They have no sense of urgency in fixing the matter or even making an attempt to let you know that they are looking into it. If I could give these fools a negative rating I would. Most useless customer service I have ever experienced!
