Extremely unhappy with webafrica. I have been sent from pillar to post for 3 days. I made a payment asking for my internet to be reconnected. I sent everything they asked for only to be told that it will take 3-5 business days for reconnection to happen? Why? Also they don't have a call centre? We must speak to agents on WhatsApp who take so long to reply. I'm really irritated. I can't use the internet? However I have paid for this service! I am very upset. I do not recommend them at all!!
