Vumatel the worst service ever!!!

This is truly the worst service any human can receive from a service provider.

I am with them for 1 month, no one explained how this works. I missed my debit order and I have been trying for 2 days to get help dialed *** spoke to 5 people non of them returned my call. I have not been able to pay for my business wifi. I RUN A BEAUTY CLINIC AND HAVE NOT HAD WIFI FOR 3 DAYS AND COUNTING. I went to Vodacom South Gate to ask for help and I made a payment of R500. After trying to pay via Vumatels links that merely paid R5 with each attempt to no avail.

I now traveled back to vodacom to request a refund and I'm still waiting. I don't know what to do honestly. I asked for Management no one transferred to a manager.
