Vumatel and web africa are poor

I was so excited to have fibre connection.... After installation by vumareach everything has been downhill... I waited until 10.30 the evening to get connected (a friend was up an running in my area in less than 1.5hrs from installation)... This is a vumareach issue as they send out the password... And to top everything off... I am still not connected.....i waited 45 min to get in contact with web africa because the whattsapp line worked once and since then it does not work.... I emailed them... No one called... It is ****** frustrating putting your trust in a company and they disappoint you.... This is web africa issue... The message reads no internet connection when trying to connect via my phone.... Frustrated and disappointed after creating all this hype that Fibre is live in your area
