Vumareach support team sucks

I'm so disappointed 😞 with the service I have received from vumareach support I have spent hours to be assisted with my statement to no avail they stopped the service of sending monthly statements and stated we can download the statement via self service portal on customer zone but the statement was not loaded I'm super frustrated what is hard with uploading my statement so I can be able to download it
