VUMAREACH is making empty promises!!!!

I honestly don't know what more to do...I know the technology is amazing but I am dealing with people at Vumatel that has no accountability. I reside at a complex that needs another fibre box put in, this request was made in November 2020, I am in IT and work from home and all that has been made are empty promises from the VumaReach team.... I am always being brushed off saying someone will come back to me!!

We even had a Vuma Manager do a site inspection that resulted in a big fat nothing. He did the inspection on the 12 March and even took a detailed video...nada. I PROMISE YOU I WILL FIND THAT MANAGER'S NAME.

This delay is costing me a fortune as I have to work on Citix client via my mobile data and all want is to be connected like the rest of the complex. STOP MESSING ME ABOUT!

Can someone from Vumareach please contact me to sort this out...I have been living on your empty promises for too long and am quite full.
