vumareach fibre

Anybody thinking of signing up for Vuma reach fibre should think very carefully. I signed up via Afrihost on 6th November. After a whole series of emails/wattsapp help, call backs etc, my line has been installed perhaps one "fibre" at a time and is still not activated as at 2nd December 20. Vumareach telephone numbers are a closely guarded secret or not answered. They have also closed service logs without resolving the issue and they NEVER communicate with the client. VUMAREACH is a joke of a company.
