Vuma UNreachABLE please sort out this issue

Been without Wi-Fi since Friday morning (21/08/2020), logged the issue with web africa and only managed to get hold of them Sunday. Received an sms with the name of my network and password but issue is not resolved. Spoke to someone from Web africa again today (26/08/2020)and advised issues is closed.

There is issues with communication and confirmation of resolution to the problem I logged. Pity this is the only isp I can go with for the area I'm in
