Vuma Reach (Webafrica) Debit Order Issues

I have been with Vuma Reach via Webafrica for a few months now. My account gets debited month end on a regular basis, but for the past few months my account shows I still owe a R365. I have upgraded my line, paid the additional upgrade fee and the owing amount still remains. Now Vuma is attempting to debit my account for a fee that I know I dont owe. Very good sign up service but horrible follow-up service. At this rate I wont be able to recommend this service to anyone.
